Church isn’t meant to be something we simply attend. God designed us to follow Jesus alongside other believers, know and care for one another, serve together, and grow together.

Membership is a way of saying, “This is my church family, and I’m committed to being part of what God is doing here.”

It’s a step from simply attending Connect to intentionally belonging to the church family.

Becoming a member means you’re choosing to commit to Connect Church as your local church family.

It means being committed to growing in your relationship with Jesus, gathering with the church, building relationships with others, serving, giving, and participating in the mission God has given us together.

Membership also helps our elders know who has intentionally chosen Connect as their church home so they can faithfully care for and shepherd the people God has entrusted to them.

Membership Class gives you an opportunity to learn more about Connect before deciding whether membership is your next step.

We’ll walk through our story, what we believe, our mission and values, how the church is led, and what it means to be a member of Connect Church.

You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions and better understand both what you can expect from your church and what it means to participate as part of the church family.

If you’ve been attending Connect and are ready to learn more about becoming a member, we’d love for you to join us for our next Membership Class.

Lunch will be provided. Coming to the class gives you an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and determine whether membership at Connect is your next step.
